- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 cup tomatoes, diced
- 1/2 cup cucumbers, sliced
- 4 large tortillas or wraps
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together honey, Dijon mustard, and olive oil to create the dressing.
- Add the shredded chicken to the dressing and toss until well coated.
- Lay out the tortillas on a flat surface.
- Place a portion of the honey mustard chicken mixture in the center of each tortilla.
- Add chopped lettuce, diced tomatoes, and sliced cucumbers on top of the chicken.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling and then roll it up tightly from the bottom.
- Slice the wraps in half and serve immediately.
