Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 2 cups mixed stir fry vegetables
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch mixed with 2 teaspoons water

Instructions

    • Heat oil in a skillet. Cook shrimp until pink, then remove.

    • Add garlic and vegetables; stir fry for 3–4 minutes.

    • Whisk honey, soy sauce, vinegar, and cornstarch slurry.

    • Add shrimp back to skillet and pour in sauce. Stir until thick and glossy.

    • Serve over rice or noodles.
