- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 2 cups mixed stir fry vegetables
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup honey
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch mixed with 2 teaspoons water
Instructions
Heat oil in a skillet. Cook shrimp until pink, then remove.
Add garlic and vegetables; stir fry for 3–4 minutes.
Whisk honey, soy sauce, vinegar, and cornstarch slurry.
Add shrimp back to skillet and pour in sauce. Stir until thick and glossy.
