Ingredients

  • Beef stew meat, cubed
  • All-purpose flour
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Olive oil
  • Yellow onion, chopped
  • Carrots, sliced
  • Celery, chopped
  • Potatoes, diced
  • Beef broth
  • Tomato paste
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • Bay leaves
  • Dried thyme

Instructions

    • Toss beef cubes with flour, salt, and pepper.

    • In a Dutch oven, heat olive oil and brown beef on all sides.

    • Add onion, carrots, and celery; sauté until slightly tender.

    • Stir in tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, and beef broth.
