- 1 rotisserie chicken, shredded
- 12 Hawaiian rolls
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
- 1/4 cup diced green onions
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the shredded rotisserie chicken, mayonnaise, barbecue sauce, and green onions.
- Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
- Spread the chicken mixture evenly over the bottom halves of the rolls.
- Top with shredded cheese and place the top halves of the rolls on.
- Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with poppy seeds.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden brown.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
