- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Cooking spray or oil for the waffle maker
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the mozzarella cheese, eggs, diced ham, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Preheat your waffle maker and lightly grease it with cooking spray or oil.
- Pour half of the mixture into the waffle maker and close the lid.
- Cook for about 3-5 minutes or until the chaffle is golden brown and crispy.
- Carefully remove the chaffle and repeat with the remaining mixture.
- Serve warm.
