This Easy Grilled Chicken Marinade Recipe makes juicy, flavorful chicken every time. With just a few pantry staples, you’ll have perfectly seasoned grilled chicken that pairs with any side.

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- ¼ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- ½ tsp black pepper
Instructions
- In a bowl or zip-top bag, mix olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, honey, garlic, oregano, and pepper.
- Add chicken and marinate for at least 30 minutes or up to 8 hours.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill chicken for 5–6 minutes per side, or until cooked through and internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- This marinade also works great for chicken thighs.
- Add crushed red pepper flakes for a little heat.
