4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning
Juice of 1 lemon
For the Buttery Glaze:
3 tablespoons butter, melted
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
Prepare the Salmon:
Pat the salmon fillets dry and brush both sides lightly with olive oil.
In a small bowl, mix paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt, dried parsley, and lemon pepper seasoning.
Rub the seasoning mix evenly over both sides of the salmon fillets.
Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the fillets.
Make the Buttery Glaze:
In a separate bowl, whisk together melted butter, soy sauce, honey, Dijon mustard, and minced garlic. Set aside.
Grill the Salmon:
Heat a grill pan or outdoor grill over medium-high heat.
Place salmon fillets skin-side down and grill for 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through and flaky.
Brush with Glaze:
During the last minute of cooking, brush the salmon generously with the buttery glaze.
Remove salmon from heat and drizzle extra glaze on top if desired.
Serve:
Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot with your favorite sides like mashed potatoes or steamed veggies.
