- 2 grilled chicken breasts, sliced
- 4 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
- 4 strips cooked bacon, chopped
- 2 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, vinegar, mustard, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.
On a large platter or in individual bowls, arrange lettuce, chicken, bacon, eggs, avocado, tomatoes, and onion.
Drizzle with dressing just before serving.
