- 1 ½ pounds sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- Skewers (soaked if wooden)
- Sesame seeds and green onions for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and rice vinegar.
- Marinate the steak cubes in the mixture for at least 1 hour.
- Thread steak pieces onto skewers.
- Grill on medium-high heat for 2–3 minutes per side, or until desired doneness.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
