Ingredients

  • 1 ½ pounds sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • Skewers (soaked if wooden)
  • Sesame seeds and green onions for garnish

Instructions

  • In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and rice vinegar.
  • Marinate the steak cubes in the mixture for at least 1 hour.
  • Thread steak pieces onto skewers.
