- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup hot sauce (such as Frank’s RedHot)
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top.
- In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika. Toss until the wings are evenly coated with the spices.
- Arrange the seasoned wings in a single layer on the wire rack. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wings are crispy and golden brown.
- While the wings are baking, melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add the hot sauce, grated Parmesan cheese, and minced garlic. Stir until well combined and heated through.
- Once the wings are done baking, transfer them to a large bowl. Pour the garlic Parmesan sauce over the wings and toss to coat evenly.
- Serve immediately, garnished with chopped parsley if desired.
