Light, flaky salmon fillets baked in a zesty garlic lemon butter sauce make this dish simple, elegant, and full of fresh flavor.

- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley and lemon slices for garnish
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with foil.
Place salmon on the sheet. Mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, and zest. Brush over salmon.
Season with salt and pepper. Bake 12–15 minutes or until salmon flakes easily.
Garnish with parsley and lemon slices.
