This Shrimp Scampi Pasta Bake transforms the classic buttery, garlicky shrimp pasta into a comforting baked casserole with a golden, cheesy topping.


Ingredients

  • 12 ounces linguine or spaghetti
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

  • Cook pasta according to package instructions; drain.

  • In a large skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant. Add shrimp and cook until pink.

  • Stir in chicken broth, lemon juice, and red pepper flakes. Simmer for 2–3 minutes.
