This Shrimp Scampi Pasta Bake transforms the classic buttery, garlicky shrimp pasta into a comforting baked casserole with a golden, cheesy topping.
Ingredients
- 12 ounces linguine or spaghetti
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Cook pasta according to package instructions; drain.
In a large skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant. Add shrimp and cook until pink.
Stir in chicken broth, lemon juice, and red pepper flakes. Simmer for 2–3 minutes.
Toss cooked pasta with the shrimp mixture.
Pour into baking dish and top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
Bake for 12–15 minutes until bubbly and golden.
