- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 oz pasta of choice
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat.
- Add the garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the chicken pieces, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through.
- Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the remaining butter and heavy cream. Stir to combine.
- Add the parmesan cheese and stir until melted and creamy.
- Toss the cooked pasta in the creamy sauce.
- Serve the garlic butter chicken bites over the creamy parmesan pasta and garnish with fresh parsley.

- For a lighter version, you can use half-and-half instead of heavy cream.
