These soft and chewy Funfetti Cookies are bursting with colorful sprinkles and buttery vanilla flavor — the perfect treat for birthdays or anytime celebrations!
Ingredients
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¾ cup rainbow sprinkles
- ½ cup white chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, cream together butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
Beat in eggs and vanilla until smooth.
Mix in flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt until just combined.
Fold in sprinkles and white chocolate chips.
Scoop dough onto baking sheet. Bake for 10–12 minutes or until edges are golden.
Cool for 5 minutes on the pan, then transfer to a rack.
Notes
- For extra chewy centers, don’t overbake.
- Swap white chocolate chips for semi-sweet or leave them out for a classic version.
