Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, mix peanut butter, sugar, and egg until smooth.
Scoop tablespoon-sized portions and roll into balls.
Place on baking sheet and flatten with a fork in a crisscross pattern.
Bake for 10–12 minutes until edges are set.
Cool on the sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a rack.
