Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup buffalo sauce or hot sauce
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Green onions and sesame seeds for garnish
  • Cooked rice, for serving

Instructions

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.

  • Add ground chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.

  • In a small bowl, mix buffalo sauce, brown sugar, soy sauce, and vinegar.

  • Pour the sauce over the chicken and stir to coat evenly.

  • Simmer for 2–3 minutes until thickened slightly.

  • Serve over rice and top with green onions and sesame seeds.
