  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 pounds)
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup milk or heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil or butter

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil or butter.
  • Pat the chicken breasts dry with a paper towel and season both sides with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  • In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Stir in the milk or heavy cream to create a spreadable consistency. Add half of the shredded cheese and all the Parmesan cheese, mixing well.
  • Place the seasoned chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over each piece of chicken.
  • Sprinkle the remaining shredded cheese over the top of the chicken.
  • Cover the dish with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and the cheese is golden and bubbly.
  • Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired and enjoy!

  • To Soften Cream Cheese: Leave the cream cheese at room temperature for 30 minutes or microwave it for 10-15 seconds.
  • Add Vegetables: Include broccoli, spinach, or mushrooms in the baking dish for a one-pan meal.
