- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup milk or heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons olive oil or butter
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil or butter.
- Pat the chicken breasts dry with a paper towel and season both sides with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Stir in the milk or heavy cream to create a spreadable consistency. Add half of the shredded cheese and all the Parmesan cheese, mixing well.
- Place the seasoned chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over each piece of chicken.
- Sprinkle the remaining shredded cheese over the top of the chicken.
- Cover the dish with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and the cheese is golden and bubbly.
