  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • ½ tsp dried oregano
  • ½ tsp dried basil
  • ½ tsp sweet paprika
  • ½ tsp salt
  • Freshly ground pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter, divided
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp parsley, freshly chopped

Instructions

    • Prepare the Chicken: In a small bowl, mix the flour, oregano, basil, paprika, salt, and freshly ground pepper. Dredge the chicken breasts lightly in the mixture, shaking off any excess.
    • Sear the Chicken: Heat olive oil and 1 tbsp butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the pan and set aside.
    • Make the Garlic Butter Sauce: In the same skillet, melt the remaining 2 tbsp butter. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant. Stir in the chopped parsley and let the flavors meld for another 30 seconds.
    • Coat the Chicken: Return the chicken to the skillet, spooning the garlic butter sauce over the top. Let it simmer for 1-2 minutes, then serve warm.
