Ingredients
For the blue gelatin:
- Greek yogurt – 1/2 cup
- Coconut milk – 1/2 cup
- Honey – 1/4 cup
- Hot milk – 3/4 cup
- Blue food coloring (turquoise)
- Unflavored gelatin powder – 21 grams (3 packets of 7g each, hydrated)
For the pink gelatin:
- Hot milk – 2 cups
- Mixed berry gelatin – 1/4 cup
- For the yellow gelatin:
- Hot milk – 2 cups
- Vanilla gelatin – 1/4 cup
For the green gelatin:
- Greek yogurt – 1/2 cup
- Coconut milk – 1/2 cup
- Honey – 1/4 cup
- Hot milk – 3/4 cup
- Green food coloring
- Unflavored gelatin powder – 21 grams (3 packets of 7g each, hydrated)
For the purple gelatin:
- Greek yogurt – 1/2 cup
- Coconut milk – 1/2 cup
- Honey – 1/4 cup
- Hot milk – 3/4 cup
- Purple food coloring
- Unflavored gelatin powder – 21 grams (3 packets of 7g each, hydrated)
For decoration:
- Whipped cream
- Edible sugar pearls (pink, white, silver, and purple)
Instructions
Prepare the Blue Gelatin – Mix Greek yogurt, coconut milk, honey, and blue food coloring with hot milk. Add hydrated gelatin and stir until dissolved. Pour into a mold and refrigerate until set.
Make the Pink Gelatin – Dissolve the mixed berry gelatin in hot milk, stir well, and pour over the set blue layer. Refrigerate until firm.
Create the Yellow Layer – Dissolve the vanilla gelatin in hot milk, then carefully pour over the pink layer. Chill until set.
Prepare the Green Gelatin – Follow the same process as the blue gelatin but with green food coloring. Pour over the yellow layer and allow it to firm up.
Finish with the Purple Gelatin – Repeat the process with purple food coloring. Pour over the green layer and refrigerate for several hours or overnight to fully set.
Decorate and Serve – Once set, unmold the gelatin, top with whipped cream, and sprinkle with edible sugar pearls. Slice and enjoy this vibrant, creamy dessert!

- To achieve clean layers, allow each one to fully set before adding the next.
