Ingredients
- 2 cans (14.75 oz each) pink salmon, drained and flaked
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (plain or seasoned)
- 2 large eggs

- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil (for frying)
Instructions
Make the Mixture: In a large bowl, combine salmon, breadcrumbs, eggs, onion, mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and parsley. Mix until well combined.
Form Patties: Shape the mixture into 6-8 equal-sized patties.
Cook the Patties: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook patties for 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and crispy.
