These Easy Salmon Patties are crispy on the outside, tender inside, and served with a tangy, creamy lemon-garlic sauce for a healthy and flavorful meal.
Ingredients

- 2 cans (6 oz each) salmon, drained
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
For the Sauce:
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine salmon, breadcrumbs, mayo, egg, onion, lemon juice, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Form into patties.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook patties for 3–4 minutes per side until golden.
- For the sauce, mix all ingredients in a small bowl. Serve patties hot with sauce.

- Use fresh salmon for extra flavor.
- Add dill or hot sauce for a twist.
