These Easy Salmon Patties are crispy on the outside, tender inside, and served with a tangy, creamy lemon-garlic sauce for a healthy and flavorful meal.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cans (6 oz each) salmon, drained
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

For the Sauce:

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a bowl, combine salmon, breadcrumbs, mayo, egg, onion, lemon juice, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  • Form into patties.
  • Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Cook patties for 3–4 minutes per side until golden.
  • For the sauce, mix all ingredients in a small bowl. Serve patties hot with sauce.
