- 1 tablespoon oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- Green onions and sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
Season salmon and sear in oil until crispy and cooked through, about 4–5 minutes per side.
In a bowl, mix warm rice with soy sauce and sesame oil.
Flake salmon and arrange over rice.
Top with avocado, carrots, green onions, and sesame seeds.
Serve immediately.
