Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • Green onions and sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  • Season salmon and sear in oil until crispy and cooked through, about 4–5 minutes per side.

  • In a bowl, mix warm rice with soy sauce and sesame oil.

  • Flake salmon and arrange over rice.

  • Top with avocado, carrots, green onions, and sesame seeds.

  • Serve immediately.
