Description

Crispy, juicy, and packed with flavor! These Air Fryer Chicken Caesar Cutlets are coated in a savory Parmesan and breadcrumb crust, air-fried to golden perfection, and drizzled with creamy Caesar dressing. A quick, healthy, and satisfying meal ready in under 30 minutes!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 bone
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons Caesar dressing (plus more for serving)
  • 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Cooking spray
  • Chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  • Prep Chicken:
Slice each chicken breast in half horizontally to create 4 thin cutlets. Pat dry with paper towels.

  • Prepare Breading Station:
In one shallow bowl, combine flour, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. In a second bowl, whisk together the egg and 2 tablespoons Caesar dressing. In a third bowl, mix Panko breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese.

  • Bread the Cutlets:
Dredge each chicken cutlet in the flour mixture, shaking off excess. Dip in the egg mixture, then coat with the breadcrumb-Parmesan mixture. Press breadcrumbs firmly to adhere.

  • Preheat Air Fryer:
Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3 minutes.

  • Cook Cutlets:
Lightly spray air fryer basket with cooking spray. Place breaded cutlets in a single layer in the basket. Spray tops of cutlets with cooking spray.

  • Air Fry:
Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through (internal temp should reach 165°F/74°C).

  • Serve:
Drizzle extra Caesar dressing over the cutlets and garnish with chopped parsley. Serve with a fresh green salad or roasted veggies.

Notes

  • Baking Option: Don’t have an air fryer? Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 18-20 minutes, flipping halfway.
  • Customize: Try adding Italian seasoning or paprika to the breadcrumb mix for extra flavor.
  • Make it Healthier: Use light Caesar dressing and whole wheat breadcrumbs for a lighter option.
  • Storage: Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days and reheated in the air fryer for best texture.
