Ingredients
- 2 bone
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 large egg
- 2 tablespoons Caesar dressing (plus more for serving)
- 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Cooking spray
- Chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
Prep Chicken:
Slice each chicken breast in half horizontally to create 4 thin cutlets. Pat dry with paper towels.Prepare Breading Station:
In one shallow bowl, combine flour, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. In a second bowl, whisk together the egg and 2 tablespoons Caesar dressing. In a third bowl, mix Panko breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese.Bread the Cutlets:
