Description
Tender chicken thighs smothered in a luscious garlic mushroom cream sauce—perfect over pasta, rice, or mashed potatoes for an elegant yet easy dinner.
Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
Instructions
Season chicken with salt and pepper. In a large skillet, heat olive oil and sear chicken until golden and cooked through. Set aside.
In the same pan, melt butter and sauté mushrooms until browned.
Add garlic and cook 1 minute. Deglaze with broth, then stir in cream and thyme. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Add Parmesan, stir until melted. Return chicken to pan and simmer for another 3–4 minutes.
Serve hot with your favorite side.

- Use bone-in thighs for more flavor.
- Garnish with fresh parsley or thyme for a burst of color.
