Description

Tender chicken thighs smothered in a luscious garlic mushroom cream sauce—perfect over pasta, rice, or mashed potatoes for an elegant yet easy dinner.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme

Instructions

  • Season chicken with salt and pepper. In a large skillet, heat olive oil and sear chicken until golden and cooked through. Set aside.

  • In the same pan, melt butter and sauté mushrooms until browned.

  • Add garlic and cook 1 minute. Deglaze with broth, then stir in cream and thyme. Simmer for 5 minutes.

  • Add Parmesan, stir until melted. Return chicken to pan and simmer for another 3–4 minutes.

  • Serve hot with your favorite side.

Notes

  • Use bone-in thighs for more flavor.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley or thyme for a burst of color.
