Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley (optional)
- Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions
Preheat & Prep: Preheat the air fryer to 390°F (200°C) for 3-5 minutes.
Season Salmon: Pat salmon dry with paper towels. Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and parsley.
Air Fry: Place the salmon fillets skin-side down in the air fryer basket. Cook for 7-10 minutes, depending on thickness, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C) and the salmon flakes easily.
Serve: Remove and serve with lemon wedges and your favorite sides like roasted veggies, rice, or a fresh salad.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the salmon for 15 minutes before air frying.
- Don’t overcrowd the basket—cook in batches if needed for even crisping.
- This recipe works great with both fresh and thawed frozen salmon.
- Add a pinch of cayenne for a spicy kick!
