A cozy and lighter take on chili, this crockpot white chicken chili is made with tender chicken, white beans, green chiles, and a creamy, flavorful broth.

- 2 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 can white beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can diced green chiles
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1/4 cup cream cheese
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- Juice of 1 lime
Instructions
Place chicken, onion, garlic, beans, green chiles, spices, and broth in the crockpot.
Cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
Remove chicken, shred, and return to the pot.
Stir in cream cheese and Greek yogurt until melted and creamy.
Finish with lime juice and serve hot.
