Ingredients
- Cheese tortellini
- Bacon, chopped
- Eggs
- Parmesan cheese
- Black pepper
- Salt
- Garlic (optional)
- Chopped parsley
Instructions
Cook tortellini and reserve ½ cup of pasta water.
In a pan, cook bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
In a bowl, whisk eggs, parmesan, and pepper.
Add cooked tortellini to the pan with a splash of pasta water.
Remove from heat and stir in egg mixture quickly.
Add bacon and garnish with parsley.
