Ingredients

  • Cheese tortellini
  • Bacon, chopped
  • Eggs
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Black pepper
  • Salt
  • Garlic (optional)
  • Chopped parsley

Instructions

  • Cook tortellini and reserve ½ cup of pasta water.

  • In a pan, cook bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.

  • In a bowl, whisk eggs, parmesan, and pepper.

  • Add cooked tortellini to the pan with a splash of pasta water.

  • Remove from heat and stir in egg mixture quickly.

  • Add bacon and garnish with parsley.
