Description

A rich and creamy pasta dish featuring succulent lobster meat, perfect for elevating your dinner experience.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 ounces linguine or fettuccine
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup lobster meat, cooked and chopped
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • Lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Cook the linguine or fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside, reserving 1/2 cup of pasta water.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil and butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  4. Add the cooked lobster meat and red pepper flakes (if using) to the sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Let it cook for 2-3 minutes to heat through.
  5. Toss the cooked pasta into the skillet with the sauce, adding reserved pasta water a little at a time until the desired consistency is reached.
  6. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley and lemon wedges on the side.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, consider adding a splash of white wine to the sauce after sautéing the garlic and let it reduce for a minute before adding the cream.
  • You can substitute shrimp or crab for the lobster if desired, or add vegetables like spinach or cherry tomatoes for extra nutrition.
