Creamy garlic salmon pasta combines tender salmon chunks with a rich, garlicky cream sauce and perfectly cooked pasta—luxurious and satisfying for a special weeknight dinner.

- 2 salmon fillets, skinless
- 8 oz pasta
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup grated Parmesan
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
Cook pasta and set aside.
In a skillet, sear salmon for 3–4 minutes per side until cooked through. Flake and remove.
In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for 1 minute.
Add cream, Parmesan, and lemon juice. Simmer until thickened.
Stir in pasta and salmon, mix well. Season with salt and pepper.
Serve garnished with parsley.
