Description

Creamy garlic salmon pasta combines tender salmon chunks with a rich, garlicky cream sauce and perfectly cooked pasta—luxurious and satisfying for a special weeknight dinner.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 salmon fillets, skinless
  • 8 oz pasta
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Cook pasta and set aside.

  • In a skillet, sear salmon for 3–4 minutes per side until cooked through. Flake and remove.

  • In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for 1 minute.

  • Add cream, Parmesan, and lemon juice. Simmer until thickened.

  • Stir in pasta and salmon, mix well. Season with salt and pepper.

  • Serve garnished with parsley.
