Instructions
Cook pasta according to package instructions. Reserve some pasta water.
In a blender, combine cottage cheese, garlic, parmesan, salt, and pepper.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Drain pasta and return to pot.
Stir in the cottage cheese sauce and enough pasta water to coat evenly.
Drizzle with olive oil and garnish with parsley.
