Ingredients

  • 1 large head cauliflower, chopped and steamed
  • 1 (8 oz) block cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup ranch dressing
  • ½ cup buffalo wing sauce
  • 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

  • In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, ranch dressing, and buffalo sauce until smooth.

  • Fold in chicken, cauliflower, and 1 cup cheddar cheese.
