- 1 large head cauliflower, chopped and steamed
- 1 (8 oz) block cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup ranch dressing
- ½ cup buffalo wing sauce
- 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, ranch dressing, and buffalo sauce until smooth.
Fold in chicken, cauliflower, and 1 cup cheddar cheese.
Transfer to a greased casserole dish. Top with remaining cheese.
