Description

This quick and comforting creamy bowtie pasta is tossed with seasoned ground beef and a velvety tomato cream sauce for a weeknight win.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 oz bowtie pasta
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
  • fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Cook pasta according to package directions.

  • In a skillet, cook ground beef with onion and garlic until browned. Drain.

  • Stir in soup, sour cream, and milk. Simmer 5–7 minutes.

  • Add cooked pasta and cheese. Toss to combine.

  • Garnish with parsley and serve warm.

Notes

  • Substitute cream of mushroom with cream of chicken for a lighter flavor.
