Description
This quick and comforting creamy bowtie pasta is tossed with seasoned ground beef and a velvety tomato cream sauce for a weeknight win.

- 12 oz bowtie pasta
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
- fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
Cook pasta according to package directions.
In a skillet, cook ground beef with onion and garlic until browned. Drain.
Stir in soup, sour cream, and milk. Simmer 5–7 minutes.
Add cooked pasta and cheese. Toss to combine.
Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
Notes
Substitute cream of mushroom with cream of chicken for a lighter flavor.
