A delightful twist on a Southern classic, this Banana Pudding Cheesecake blends velvety cheesecake with the nostalgic flavors of banana pudding. It’s creamy, dreamy, and packed with Nilla wafers and banana goodness.
Ingredients
- Crushed Nilla wafers 2 cups
- Butter, melted ½ cup
- Cream cheese, softened 24 oz
- Sugar ¾ cup
- Eggs 3
- Bananas, mashed 2
- Vanilla extract 1 tsp
- Instant banana pudding mix 1 package (3.4 oz)
- Whipped topping and extra wafers for garnish
Instructions
Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
Combine Nilla wafer crumbs and butter, press into a springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes.
Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then mashed bananas and vanilla. Mix well.
Fold in dry pudding mix. Pour into crust.
Bake for 55–60 minutes. Turn off oven and let cheesecake sit for 1 hour inside.
Chill for at least 4 hours before topping with whipped cream and wafers.
