Description

A delightful twist on a Southern classic, this Banana Pudding Cheesecake blends velvety cheesecake with the nostalgic flavors of banana pudding. It’s creamy, dreamy, and packed with Nilla wafers and banana goodness.

Ingredients

Scale
  • Crushed Nilla wafers 2 cups
  • Butter, melted ½ cup
  • Cream cheese, softened 24 oz
  • Sugar ¾ cup
  • Eggs 3
  • Bananas, mashed 2
  • Vanilla extract 1 tsp
  • Instant banana pudding mix 1 package (3.4 oz)
  • Whipped topping and extra wafers for garnish

Instructions

    • Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).

    • Combine Nilla wafer crumbs and butter, press into a springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes.

    • Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then mashed bananas and vanilla. Mix well.

    • Fold in dry pudding mix. Pour into crust.

    • Bake for 55–60 minutes. Turn off oven and let cheesecake sit for 1 hour inside.

    • Chill for at least 4 hours before topping with whipped cream and wafers.

Notes

  • Make it ahead—the flavor deepens as it rests.
  • Use firm ripe bananas for best texture.
