Description
This pan-fried orange salmon is a zesty twist on a classic. Tender salmon fillets are cooked to perfection and glazed with a tangy, citrusy orange sauce that balances sweetness and acidity.

- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- ⅓ cup orange juice
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch mixed with 1 tablespoon water
Instructions
Season salmon with salt and pepper.
Heat oil in a pan and sear salmon, skin-side down, for 4–5 minutes. Flip and cook another 3–4 minutes. Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, combine orange juice, soy sauce, honey, and garlic. Bring to a simmer.
Stir in cornstarch slurry and cook until thickened.
Return salmon to the pan and coat with glaze. Serve immediately.
