Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the diced chicken, chopped romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, corn, black beans, avocado, red onion, and cilantro.
- Drizzle the chipotle dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine all ingredients evenly.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
