Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 2 tbsp Greek yogurt or mayo
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup chopped red onion
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro (optional)

Instructions
