Description

This Grilled Chicken Avocado Ranch Wrap is a flavorful and satisfying meal, perfect for lunch or a quick dinner! Juicy grilled chicken, creamy avocado, crisp veggies, and zesty ranch dressing are wrapped in a soft tortilla for a delicious bite every time.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 4 large tortillas (flour or whole wheat)
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • ½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • ½ cup shredded lettuce
  • ¼ cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup ranch dressing
  • 1 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped (optional)

Instructions

    • Prepare the Chicken: Preheat the grill or a grill pan over medium heat. Rub the chicken breasts with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

    • Grill the Chicken: Cook the chicken for 5-6 minutes per side until fully cooked. Let it rest for 5 minutes, then slice into thin strips.

    • Assemble the Wraps: Lay out the tortillas and layer with lettuce, grilled chicken, avocado slices, cherry tomatoes, red onion, cheddar cheese, and cilantro. Drizzle with ranch dressing.

    • Wrap It Up: Fold in the sides, then roll up tightly like a burrito.

    • Toast (Optional): For extra crunch, lightly toast the wrap in a dry pan over medium heat for 1-2 minutes per side.

    • Serve: Slice in half and enjoy immediately!

Notes

  • Swap the grilled chicken for rotisserie or leftover chicken to save time.
  • Use Greek yogurt ranch dressing for a lighter version.
  • Add a kick by mixing a little hot sauce into the ranch dressing.
