A refreshing summer treat combining the flavors of cherry and vanilla in a delicious iced latte.
Ingredients

- 2 cups brewed coffee, cooled
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of choice)
- 1/2 cup cherry juice (preferably 100% juice)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons sweetener of choice (like agave syrup, honey, or stevia)
- Ice cubes
- Fresh cherries and vanilla beans for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Brew your coffee and allow it to cool to room temperature. You can also make it ahead of time and refrigerate it.
- In a large glass or pitcher, combine the cooled coffee, almond milk, cherry juice, vanilla extract, and sweetener. Stir well until all ingredients are fully mixed.
- Fill a glass with ice cubes and pour the cherry vanilla coffee mixture over the ice.
- Garnish with fresh cherries and a vanilla bean if desired. Serve immediately.
Notes
- For a creamier texture, use full-fat coconut milk instead of almond milk.
- Add a scoop of protein powder for an extra protein boost, making it a great post-workout drink.
