Ingredients
- 12 oz smoked sausage, sliced
- 2 cups uncooked pasta
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup milk
- 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
In a large pot, heat olive oil and sauté sliced sausage until browned.
Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
Stir in pasta, broth, and milk. Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, for 10–12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is cooked.
Stir in shredded cheese until melted and creamy.
Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with parsley and serve.
