- 12 oz pasta (penne or rotini)
- 1 lb ground Italian sausage
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- ½ cup cheddar cheese
- 1 cup sliced pepperoni
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cook pasta and drain.
Brown sausage in a skillet, then stir in marinara and seasoning.
In a baking dish, layer pasta, meat sauce, cheese, and toppings.
Top with more cheese and pepperoni.
Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes until bubbly.
