Ingredients

  • 1 pound frozen meatballs
  • 12 ounces uncooked pasta (penne or ziti)
  • 1 jar marinara sauce
  • 2 cups water or chicken broth
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

  • Add uncooked pasta, meatballs, marinara sauce, and water into the dish and stir to combine.

  • Cover tightly with foil and bake for 35 minutes.

  • Uncover, stir, and sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.

  • Bake uncovered for an additional 10–15 minutes until cheese is melted and pasta is tender.
