- 1 lb ground turkey
- 2 cups uncooked pasta
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté onion and garlic until soft.
Add ground turkey and cook until browned.
Stir in tomato sauce and seasoning. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Add cooked pasta and mix well.
Stir in cheese and cook until melted and bubbly. Serve hot.
