- 3 cups cooked egg noodles
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup frozen peas and carrots
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup crushed buttery crackers (optional topping)
- 1 tbsp melted butter (optional)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, combine soup, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Add cooked noodles, chicken, peas and carrots, and cheese. Stir to combine.
Spread mixture in a greased baking dish.
Top with crushed crackers mixed with butter, if using.
Bake for 25–30 minutes until bubbly and golden on top
