A crave-worthy comfort food, this Chicken Bacon Ranch Tater Tot Casserole is creamy, cheesy, and loaded with crispy bacon and golden tater tots. A hit at any dinner table or potluck!
Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked and shredded chicken
- 1 (10.5 oz) can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 6 slices cooked bacon, chopped
- 1 (32 oz) bag frozen tater tots
- 2 green onions, sliced (optional)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
In a large bowl, mix chicken, soup, sour cream, ranch mix, 1½ cups cheese, and half of the bacon.
Spread mixture in prepared dish. Top with tater tots in a single layer.
Bake for 35 minutes, then sprinkle remaining cheese and bacon over top.
Bake another 10–15 minutes until bubbly and tots are golden.
Garnish with green onions, if using.
