For the Strawberries:

  • 1620 large fresh strawberries

For Toppings (Optional):

    • ¼ cup graham cracker crumbs
    • Melted chocolate or caramel drizzle
    • Whipped cream

Instructions

  • Prepare the Strawberries:
    • Wash and dry the strawberries.
    • Slice them in half lengthwise, keeping the green tops for presentation.
    • Use a small spoon or melon baller to gently scoop out the center of each half.
  • Make the Cheesecake Filling:

  • Fill the Strawberries:
