Description

 Rich, fudgy brownies swirled with creamy cheesecake filling, these Cheesecake Brownies are the ultimate mashup of two classic desserts in one decadent bite.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 box brownie mix (plus ingredients on package)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare brownie batter according to package.
  • Pour into a greased baking pan. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, egg, and vanilla until smooth.
  • Drop spoonfuls of cheesecake mixture over the brownie batter and swirl with a knife.
  • Bake for 35–40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
  • Cool before slicing.
