- 1 box brownie mix (plus ingredients on package)
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare brownie batter according to package.
- Pour into a greased baking pan. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, egg, and vanilla until smooth.
- Drop spoonfuls of cheesecake mixture over the brownie batter and swirl with a knife.
- Bake for 35–40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
- Cool before slicing.
