Description

This Sheet Pan Shrimp Boil delivers all the flavors of a traditional seafood boil with easy oven-roasting. Packed with shrimp, corn, potatoes, and sausage tossed in Cajun seasoning—it’s a Southern-style feast with minimal cleanup.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
  • 2 ears corn, cut into thirds
  • 12 oz smoked sausage, sliced
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges and parsley for serving

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • Boil potatoes in salted water for 10 minutes. Drain.
  • On a large sheet pan, toss potatoes, corn, sausage, and shrimp with olive oil and Cajun seasoning.
  • Spread in a single layer and roast for 15–20 minutes, flipping halfway.
  • Serve with fresh lemon wedges and chopped parsley.

Notes

  • You can use Old Bay instead of Cajun seasoning for a milder flavor.
