This Sheet Pan Shrimp Boil delivers all the flavors of a traditional seafood boil with easy oven-roasting. Packed with shrimp, corn, potatoes, and sausage tossed in Cajun seasoning—it’s a Southern-style feast with minimal cleanup.

- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
- 2 ears corn, cut into thirds
- 12 oz smoked sausage, sliced
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon wedges and parsley for serving
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Boil potatoes in salted water for 10 minutes. Drain.
- On a large sheet pan, toss potatoes, corn, sausage, and shrimp with olive oil and Cajun seasoning.
- Spread in a single layer and roast for 15–20 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Serve with fresh lemon wedges and chopped parsley.
Notes
- You can use Old Bay instead of Cajun seasoning for a milder flavor.
