Description

Bring the bold, spicy flavors of a Southern seafood feast right to your kitchen with this easy Cajun seafood boil. Loaded with shrimp, sausage, corn, and potatoes, it’s a crowd-pleasing dish perfect for gatherings.


Ingredients

  • shrimp shell-on
  • andouille sausage sliced
  • red potatoes halved
  • corn on the cob halved
  • garlic cloves smashed
  • lemons halved
  • Old Bay or Cajun seasoning
  • butter
  • water
  • bay leaves

Instructions

  • Fill a large stockpot with water and bring to a boil
  • Add seasoning, garlic, lemon, and bay leaves
  • Boil potatoes for 10 minutes, then add corn and sausage
  • Boil for another 5 minutes, then add shrimp and cook until pink
  • Drain and toss with melted butter and additional seasoning
  • Serve spread out on newspaper or a large tray

Notes

  • Add crab legs or clams for more seafood variety
  • Melted garlic butter is a must for dipping
