Ingredients
- shrimp shell-on
- andouille sausage sliced
- red potatoes halved
- corn on the cob halved
- garlic cloves smashed
- lemons halved
- Old Bay or Cajun seasoning
- butter
- water
- bay leaves
Instructions
- Fill a large stockpot with water and bring to a boil
- Add seasoning, garlic, lemon, and bay leaves
- Boil potatoes for 10 minutes, then add corn and sausage
- Boil for another 5 minutes, then add shrimp and cook until pink
- Drain and toss with melted butter and additional seasoning
- Serve spread out on newspaper or a large tray
