Sweet, spicy, and perfectly caramelized, this Cajun honey butter salmon is pan-seared and bursting with bold Southern flavors.

- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
Season salmon with Cajun spice and a pinch of salt.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high. Sear salmon 3–4 minutes per side until golden.
Lower heat, add butter and honey. Spoon over salmon until glazed.
Serve garnished with parsley.
