- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 pound boneless chicken breast, cubed
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1½ cups milk
- ½ cup buffalo sauce
- 8 oz pasta (penne or rotini)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 oz cream cheese
- Green onions, for garnish
Instructions
Heat butter in a large pot. Add chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned.
Add garlic, then pour in broth, milk, and buffalo sauce.
Stir in uncooked pasta and bring to a boil.
Cover and simmer until pasta is tender, about 12 minutes.
Stir in cheddar and cream cheese until melted and creamy.
Garnish with green onions before serving.
